Digital Service — No Returns
privatecard provides a digital service (digital visiting card hosting). As such, there are no physical products to return.
Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are available only if the service was not activated or delivered due to a technical error on our part.
- No refund will be issued once the digital card has been activated and is accessible via its unique URL.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of payment via WhatsApp support.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Disputes
For payment disputes, you may also contact Razorpay (our payment gateway) directly. However, we encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
