1. Service Description

privatecard provides a digital visiting card creation and hosting platform. Users can create, customise, and share digital business cards accessible via a unique URL.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Free Trial & Subscription

• New cards receive a 7-day free trial period.
• After the trial, a subscription fee of ₹999/year (or AED 149/year for UAE) is required to keep the card active.
• Cards not renewed within the grace period will be deactivated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it as part of your digital card.

6. Limitation of Liability

privatecard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
